You will be driven home by an Advanced Care team member after being taken to your appointment or another location in the neighborhood. For instance, we frequently arrange for secure and comfortable transportation for weekly shopping excursions or scheduled doctor’s visits. We plan ahead so you won’t have to be concerned about missing the bus.
